Birthdays!

One of the reasons Dave and I got married, besides for convenience, is the fact that our birthdays are close together-one day apart to be exact. It makes it really easy for us to remember each others birthdays. We had wonderful birthdays and are grateful to all of those who remembered!

The awesome birthday cake--improv on the chocolate chips for words and no candles. Maybe next year!

The best part about this was that I took 3 or 4 of these pictures of him blowing out the "candles," and with every single picture Dave was really blowing.

Prepping for the picture...

Tah duh!

Green Dots

See them? Here's arrows to help...

I feel like I am a child again. Dave has put up these green sticky notes all over our house to help me learn Portuguese. I guess it's a good thing if I am going to try to speak Portuguese to the Brazilians when we go see them this Saturday!

Yeah! Dave and I are going to visit his mission for 10 days. We are going to visit Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Iguacu Falls, and Sao Paulo. We are very excited. If you have any good tips on traveling in Brazil or what to see let me know!

So there it is . . . my wife is absolutely sensational! I love you Sarah!

I couldn't be luckier

Stunning
Today is mother's day and all I can think about is how excited I am to see Sarah become a mom. I just wanted to post a few pictures about my lovely wife and how show how lucky I am to be married to such an incredibly talented, loving, lively, and especially beautiful girl. She could do anything she wanted to in this world, but what makes me love her the absolute most is that she wants nothing more in this life than to have a family and love them all her life. How blessed I am to be with Sarah! Now, anyone who knows Sarah knows that these pictures are not like her . . . she had a performance at Timpview high school where it was "Dancing with the Stars" only it was called "Dancing with the Teachers." She was absolutely flawless, gorgeous, and the audience was stunned by her performance. I loved being able to claim her as mine when the performance was over. Happy Mother's day!

This is it!

Well, I am quitting my job at Timpview. Dave and I have felt that it is best for us for me to move on to bigger and better things. (Just to save you from straining your eyes, I am not large with child...or with child at all. My stomach is the first place that people look when I tell them I am quitting!) I am excited about what the future might bring whether it is starting a family or getting my master in Dance at U of U starting Fall '10. So seeing that I am quitting, this is my final dance concert at Timpview High School that I have to direct. I would love for any and all to come and see my last hoorah. I have absolutely loved teaching and love even more to show off what great things my students have done. SOOOOO, if you are interested in coming, let me know and I can get you tickets for FREE--I happen to know the person in charge!
